70 % Braucol, 30 % Syrah stemming from the old vines

A constructed wine but with a soft and full tannin, thanks to the oak stave wood. It is a powerful wine of guard thanks to the rigorous selection of grapes. Very beautiful power and concentration, very beautiful presence in mouth. It is a prestigious wine, an authentic wine of Gaillac.

To be served with meats:  wild boar stew, wild rabbit to cabbage and boletus, cheeses.

To keep or consume 10-15 years  T°c = 17  °c
