The Story of a Master Sommelier Daniel Pestre, the best Sommelier in France of the year 2004 (in the Pudio Guide, France, Vice-President of the Midi-Pyrenees Region and Master of the U.D.S.F, creator and proprietor of the 3 restaurants “La Table du Sommelier” chosen every year as the best of the best, the quintessence of the vintage wines in the South East.
